Clarity
Naming the actual objective, and separating it from the noise around it.
Coaching
High-performance coaching built for people who already work hard and want that work to compound.
Who it's for
Professionals and founders who are performing well but working without a clear system.
Athletes, coaches, and competitors who want a more deliberate approach to improvement.
Writers, builders, and creators carrying an ambitious project that keeps stalling.
Anyone who suspects the limiting factor is clarity and structure, not effort.
Coaching here is not therapy and it is not a promise of transformation. It is structured work on clarity, design, and execution — with someone whose job is to keep the standard honest.
What we work on
Naming the actual objective, and separating it from the noise around it.
Designing routines, constraints, and sequences that make progress repeatable.
Closing the distance between intention and consistent action.
Protecting focus so the important work gets your best hours, not your leftovers.
Defining what good looks like, so quality is measured rather than assumed.
Building a feedback loop that improves the approach, not just the effort.
The Framework
Every engagement runs on the same sequence, adapted to what you are pursuing.
01
We name the objective precisely, including what you are willing to trade for it.
02
We build the path: the sequence, the constraints, the weekly shape of the work.
03
We review real evidence and adjust — repeatedly, until the system holds.
The Process
01
You share what you're working toward and where the friction is.
02
We establish the objective, the constraints, and the measure of success.
03
We build the simplest effective plan for your actual life and schedule.
04
Ongoing sessions to review evidence, adjust the system, and raise the standard.

Working with Caleb
Sessions are focused and evidence-based. You leave with a defined next action, not a feeling.
Six weeks of focused one-to-one work built around a specific objective. We define what you are actually trying to accomplish, design the system required to move toward it, and refine that system against real evidence as you execute.
The engagement is deliberately limited in duration. The objective is not indefinite coaching. It is to build clarity, structure, and a way of working that continues after the engagement ends.
Private coaching engagements start at $10,000.
Because the work is built around the objective rather than a predetermined template, the exact structure is established after the initial conversation.

Send a short note about your objective and where the friction is. If coaching is the right fit, we'll go from there.
